Karuna Kumar’s Metro Kathalu poster release

Director Karuna Kumar,who showed his mettle with his debut film,Palsa 1798,which was claimed to be made based on a real story,comes up with yet another film ”Metro Kathalu”,aimed for OTT release.

He was signed on by veteran producer Allu Aravind for an interesting project which will be streamed on his OTT platform, Aha. The first look poster for Karuna Kumar’s film for Aha is out now.

The poster for which was launched by director Harish Shankar recently.

“All the stories talk of urban living so it felt apt. Plus, we wanted to shoot something that would be possible to do so keeping the new coronavirus guidelines in mind. As most of these stories take place indoors, it felt safer,as the team claims.

The story is penned by noted writer Mohammed Khadeerbabu. The film features Rajeev Kanakala, Gayatri Bhargavi, Sana, Bigg Boss fake Ali Reza and Nandini Rai, Thiruvee and Ram Maddukuri in lead roles. Metro Kathalu will begin streaming from August 14.
