Films are business and not moral platforms – Koratala Siva

He is honest to the core . Film maker and director Koratala Shiva who made another block buster with Mahesh Babu says that there no moral policing or an attempt to cleanse the society of all evils.

The director par excellence has brought out a saleable and acceptable formula to link burning social issues with cinematic presentation to make block buster film. He made films like Mirchi, Srimanthudu and now Bharat Ane Nenu to hog limelight and fill coffers,

Both elements of the film industry like Critical acclaim and box office have been achieved in films where social values and issues have been dealt with successfully, he says adding that though he had offers from Bollywood he remained in south as he felt the pulse of Telugu audience better.

We have both mass and also intelligent film goers which makes the job of director and producer are tough, but well paying and deserving acclaim’s, he adds.
