Mallika Sheravat chains in Cannes for girl child protection

Bollywood actor and item song dancer Mallika Sheravat staged a unique protest campaign for the protection of girl child and gender atrocities at the Cannes Film festival by placing herself in a grilled cage.

Mallika who has signed up with an NGO – Free Girl- says that this is her ninth appearance at Cannes and her campaign is for girl child protection not only in India but also across the globe.
