Ilayaraja yet again indulges in legal affair!

Yet another time a petition has been filed against Maestro Ilayaraja in the Madras high court , There are four producers approached the court against Ilayaraja on demanding to pay full royalty on his songs wherever it is played .

Amidst as we know Ilayaraja has been issuing notices to the people whoever playing his songs on the television or in any other programmes, thus the producers PT Selvakumar, Anbu selvan, Japajones, Meera kadhiravan, Manikanthan, Chandrasekhar had to approach the courts.

Off late, Ilayaraja has been giving away warnings not to play his songs without taking his permissions prior and also has been enjoying the royalties since 5 years now.But it didn’t go well with the producers and they claims that he shouldn’t have the complete rights on it and being producers they also should get the 50% share out of it, therefore the producers have subsequently approached the court of law.
