Venkatesh film gets interesting title !

Victory Venkatesh who scored back to back hits in the form of F2 and Venky Mama is now concentrating on his upcoming project, which is touted to be an official remake of Asuran. The regular shooting of the film will commence from the last week of January.

Now, it is coming out that, Naarappa is title finalized for the film. Given that, the story is set in Rayalaseema backdrop, the title sounds apt for the film. However, we need to wait for official confirmation from the makers.

Currently, the pre-production works of the film are going on in full swing. The talk is that the film is based in the Kurnool backdrop and most of the shoot will happen there.

Makers are planning to release in May as Summer Special to cash the Summer holiday season.

Director Srikanth Addala who is known for films like Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Brahmotsavam will be directing Venkatesh again in the Telugu remake Narappa. The Telugu remake Narappa of Venkatesh and Priyamani starrer will be bankrolled by Suresh Babu and the original producer Kalaipuli S Thanu under Suresh Productions and V Creations, respectively. The rest of the cast and crew of Narappa are yet to be announced.
