Veteran actress to pair up with Chiru

Veteran actress Vijayashanthi made a strong comeback to mainstream cinema after a huge gap with “Sarileru Neekevvaru”. The actress is not in a hurry but she is in plans to pick up challenging roles in her career. The latest update says that Vijayashanthi has been approached for a crucial role in the remake of Lucifer that features Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role. Sujeeth is the director and the pre-production work is going on.

It is evident that Ram Charan has bagged the remake rights of Malayalam Blockbuster ‘Lucifer’. Charan got hooked by the plot in the original and the roles of Mohan Lal and Prithviraj Sukumaran impressed him. The role of Mohan Lal would be reprised by Chiranjeevi and the role of Prithviraj would be played by Ram Charan or any other actor.

Chiranjeevi is so firm on doing the film and is said to assign the task of rewriting the script to Sujith. The Director is believed to have made huge changes to the original to match the image of Megastar in Telugu States. Tollywood folks are confident that Megastar would bag a big hit with this film as per its content.
