Muthaiah Muralidharan biopic announced

Legendary Srilankan spinner Muthaiah Muralidharan biopic has been announced on Thursday. Movie Train Motion Pictures and Dar Motion Pictures are producing this international project. Director MS Sripathy is the director. But the biggest update, which will cheer crores of South Indian movie fans is, Tamil star Vijay Setupathi will play the role of Muthaiah Muralidharan in this sports biopic.

Muthaiah Muralidharan is one of the best spinners in the history of cricket and has earned fans across the globe. He was known for not just his bowling skills but also for his good attitude. He has got into the record books as the bowler with higest wickets in Test cricket. He claimed total 800 wickets in Test cricket. He was equally successful even in One Day Internationals.

Muthaiah Muralidharan has huge number of fans in Srilanka and India. As a result Muthaiah Muralidharan biopic will be made in multiple languages and released simultaneously in all languages. It will also be the first big movie which will be simultaneously shot and released in both India and Srilanka.
