A Telugu engineer turned film maker with a suspense thriller !

A long standing dream of a Telugu NRI realising finally in the form of a suspense thriller starring Rahul Ramakrishna in lead role. An young Telugu engineer who always dreamt of becoming a film maker one day, is now a reality.

Pradeep Katasani has followed his dream and passion towards cinema, left his job aside and gone ahead towards fulfilling his dream,While he was doing masters in Television and Film, worked with different profiles inside the industry.

After working for over five years,he has recently secured funding for his directorial debut titled ‘Silk Road’ an exciting suspense thriller about Telugu immigrants in the USA. The story evolves around a character named Kishore, an International Telugu graduate student and an opportunist who unwittingly steals a huge stash of drugs belonging to the DEA and Durga Rao a third generation Telugu American and a sharp DEA agent who wholeheartedly believes in the ideals of the American justice system.
